3. Venue. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Los Angeles, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Finality. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. No party shall have the right to appeal the arbitrator’s decision.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek provisional remedies, including injunctive relief, in a court of competent jurisdiction for any violation of these Terms that requires immediate action.

6. General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Foodkitchenmagic regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications.

Modifications. Foodkitchenmagic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
